Sometimes an idea comes and I just have to get it out.
I was just thinking of how happiness can be a fleeting thing and how easily it can get away from you.
And this image came into my head. So there ya go.

My Dad is a big hunting/fishing type of guy so I did this Elk for him this year.
So, like a lot of people I’ve had struggles with alcohol in my life and decided it would be for the best if I did not partake in drinking.
But there is a part of me that would Really like to. So this little conversation happens inside my head more often than I’d like.

This week’s theme in the art group I participate in on facebook was ‘Space’….the idea instantly appealed to me and I knew I wanted to do something with an astronaut.
But that’s as far as I got.
What could I have an astronaut doing that would be interesting?
It just wasn’t clicking with me. Then it hit – make him dead. What’s cooler than an astronaut? A skeleton astronaut. That’s what.
Did this one tonight for my son’s birthday, now to keep it hidden until sunday…

I’ve been a supporter of these guys for years and did artwork for their last EP so I figured I’d throw something into the pile and see what happens.
